Celebrity Video Messages Requested From Starhouzz Are delivered under a time slot of 48 hours after request has been made .
1. Entries made with bad and rude written words will not be taken forward and hence request will be penalized
2.Videos Requests related to brands or brand promotion videos are having different prices as shown on website . website prices are for (fan video messages and small scale brands)
3.If you are looking to collabrate with any celebrity or with any influencer you can fill out the query form given below.
4. Celebrities / Influencers who are working or are on our site are officially registered with us and getting updated about their collab updates regularly.
5.Celebrities / influencer who are on our website are informed that we work on query basis and what brands rules ®ulations in any collabration are implemented as per brand request

Cancellations/Â Refunds & Payments
Enquiries against Orders ands their refunds /cancellation are redirected on starhouzz@gmail.com

1. After a Sucessfull Order Cancellation is not possible.
2.Refunds are possible if any artist for whom request has been made is not available.
3.If ordered mistakenly ,refund not possible . It can be adjusted with different artist.
4.If double amount deducted for an order please let us know we will look and refund as soon as possible.
5. Celebrities / Artist for whom the request has been made the amount will be securly transfered to them within two working days.
